Kim E. Kiatiwongse

About

Ms. Kim recently returned to AIT, joining YCA after an 8 year term at Panyapiwat Institute of Management, the corporate university of CP Group, specifically under CP ALL which is the license owner of 7-Eleven in Thailand an neighboring countries. She has assisted in several projects, working in the background and happily joining hands with colleagues to deliver suitable content geared towards sharing the impact YCA has made over the years. She is careful to note the positivity, grit, warmth, and lasting impact the team is known for creating. With close to 20-years experience in international education specifically in industry and academic partnerships, Kim is also knowledgeable in stakeholder management and transnational education. Until recently, she was Managing Editor of the Gender, Technology and Development journal, published by Taylor and Francis Group and the Gender Development Studies, School of Environment, Resources and Development (SERD). Prior to her contributions to AIT and PIM, Kim worked in Accenture Manila. Both of her bachelor and master degrees are on Development Communication from the University of the Philippines. Her professional interests include communication for social change; science, technology, and society; and more recently gender issues on unpaid work, gender-based violence, and safeguarding the online space.
